Center's On-Line Store Video and Audio Society, Slavery and the Civil War Seminar DVD(2005)		Society, Slavery & The Civil War Seminar: With Hearts On Fire DVD (2005) $9.95 Includes 2003 and 2004 DVDs The Society, Slavery, and Civil War seminar for 2005 focuses on the Women in the Civil War by unlocking the mystery of who these women were, what roles they played in the war between the states, and the courage and integrity they provided as they supported both the war and the men..and women who fought there.  This DVD offers the presentations by Catherine Clinton, Ph.D, Elizabeth Leonard, Ph.D. and Alice Fahs, Ph.D. providing over three and half hours of material that is filled with intrigue and revelation about the roles of women and some surprises about the women whose hearts burned with patriotism and how they were able to reveal it.  The presentations are excellent for use in the classroom and as discussion starters on issues regarding the role of women in the civil war.
